About

Hey there, thanks for dropping by!

I’m Siddharth, an embedded systems engineer from India. As a kid, I started out playing with audio circuits, built a few guitar pedals and broke open old electronics to repurpose components from them. Soon enough, I did my bachelors in electronics to understand this field beyond the DIY circles.

This phase of my life is characterized by my love for open-source electronics. Over the past few years I’ve worked on several embedded systems projects ranging from all the way from an FDM 3D printer to a 6-DOF robotic arm.  Somewhere along the way, the idea of open-source and democratizing technology started to grow on me.

I currently freelance (check out my profile!) as an embedded systems engineer. I’d love to work for a robotics/3D printing startup if anyone is hiring!
